- Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business
- Schedule test drives and guide customers seamlessly through the sales process
- Support the wider sales team in meeting monthly and annual targets
- Follow up on customer inquiries and manage prospects effectively
- Keep up-to-date with current vehicle specifications and industry developments
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail sales environment
- Minimum of one year’s experience in customer-facing sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and goal-oriented individual
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and participate in a Sunday rota
