Our client, a reputable main dealership group, is actively seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their esteemed team in Shepperton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work within a dynamic, high-volume environment dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary ranging from £21,000 to £27,000 per annum
  • OTE of £50,000+ including commission
  • Monday to Saturday working week with a fixed day off during the week

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Provide clients with honest, detailed advice regarding vehicles and products, demonstrating extensive product knowledge
  • Maximise all sales opportunities from incoming enquiries and proactive prospecting activities
  • Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives, ensuring customer safety and adherence to legal regulations
  • Maintain accurate customer and enquiry data within the dealership’s CRM system
  • Conduct proper appraisals of vehicles presented for part exchange
  • Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes
  • Follow the sales process from prospecting to closing, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Contribute effectively to team objectives and company standards as a Car Sales Executive
  • Engage in personal development to support business growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or a strong sales background in a similar environment
  • Passion for delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work within a high-volume dealership environment
  • Knowledge of FCA compliance and insurance policies (desirable)
  • Valid driving licence
