- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with manufacturer training
- Recommend appropriate finance, insurance, and add-on products to customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Achieve and surpass personal and team sales targets
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the motor trade or comparable industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a motivated and proactive approach to sales
- Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused manner
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
