- 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week, plus one late shift weekly.
- Occasional Sunday working during March and September.
- Selling new vehicles, from city cars to large SUVs, alongside add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products.
- Providing excellent customer service by informing customers of vehicle delivery progress, including any delays.
- Addressing and resolving customer queries effectively as a Car Sales Executive.
- Collecting payments and ensuring all administrative procedures are completed accurately.
- Explaining vehicle warranties and service arrangements as a Car Sales Executive.
- Introducing customers to the Service Department and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building strong customer relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Proven experience in vehicle sales, ideally within a franchise-approved environment.
- Strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Brand-focused mindset and energetic attitude.
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Commitment and enthusiasm for working with the company and its vehicles.
