We are seeking an experienced New/Used Car Sales Executive for our client’s busy franchise-approved dealership in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in automotive sales to join a reputable family-run vehicle group. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and be committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Basic salary negotiable based on experience, with uncapped commission potential up to £60,000+ per annum

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Selling new and used cars, accessories, finance options, and warranties to meet and surpass sales targets
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers regarding delivery progress and delays
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collecting payments and coordinating car handovers
  • Explaining warranty and service arrangements to customers
  • Introducing customers to the Service Department
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process
  • Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience as a New/Used Car Sales Executive
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Strong desire to produce results and achieve targets
  • Commitment to high standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of finance products and warranty offerings is advantageous but not essential
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for sales and the automotive industry
