We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Car Sales Executive in Poole, Dorset.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Manage an extensive inventory of used vehicles on-site
  • Engage customers effectively, providing excellent customer service
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicles and finance options
  • Build strong long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Assist with dealership administration related to sales transactions
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience in car sales, ideally as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Main Dealer experience
  • Knowledge of the Dorset area and surrounding markets
  • Additional certifications related to automotive sales
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership setting
Other Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as the dealership expands offerings
