- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle delivery schedules and any potential delays
- Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively
- Collect payments and ensure smooth vehicle handover
- Explain warranties and after-sales service arrangements as a Car Sales Executive
- Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Salisbury
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Recent or current experience in car sales, preferably with a background in new or premium vehicle sales (not essential but highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving results and delivering high standards of customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Enthusiasm and genuine passion for the motor trade industry
