- Foster strong relationships with both new and repeat customers to ensure customer loyalty
- Prospect for new business via telephone activity, events, and product launches
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads and enquiries as a Car Sales Executive
- Develop a thorough understanding of manufacturer products through ongoing training
- Promote additional revenue streams including finance packages, service plans, and accessories
- Deliver exceptional customer service to generate repeat business and referrals
- Previous experience in sales or customer service within the motor trade or a related industry
- Confident and enthusiastic approach to engaging with customers
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Target-driven attitude and a positive outlook
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
