- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay informed about the latest vehicle specifications and promotions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of ongoing offers and dealership products
- Proven experience in car sales within a main dealer or independent dealership
- No more than three years since your last automotive sales role
- Demonstrable recent sales figures and product knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of the sales process and customer handling techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and one in three Sundays
