We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New/Used Car Sales Executive to join our client's busy franchise-approved dealership in Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to further their career within a reputable family-run vehicle dealer group.

  • Working hours Monday to Friday, with a scheduled day off during the week, and every other weekend off (6 days one week, 4 days the next)
Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Promote and sell new and used cars, accessories, finance products, warranties, and related services
  • Engage with customers to ensure a high-quality sales experience
  • Keep customers updated on delivery progress and manage expectations effectively
  • Resolve customer queries and collect payments before car handover
  • Explain warranty and service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department, and demonstrate vehicle features
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the UK motor trade
  • Ability to demonstrate a results-driven attitude and ambition to succeed
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Resilience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry
