Car Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a reputable family-run dealership located in Bromley, Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and motivated professionals to develop a rewarding career within a well-established automotive business.

• Competitive basic salary of £24,000, dependent on experience
• Realistic uncapped OTE between £40,000 and £60,000

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Engage professionally and courteously with customers, understanding their vehicle needs
• Guide customers through the sales process, showcasing vehicle features and benefits
• Proactively generate and follow up leads via multiple channels to maximise sales
• Negotiate and close deals confidently, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay updated on current offers and promotions

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Previous experience in car sales or similar sales roles is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify and meet customer needs
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Full UK driving licence
