We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership group in North Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a individual with a strong background in motor trade sales, particularly within franchise dealerships, or transferable sales experience from other sectors. The successful individual will work within a friendly team environment, contributing to the dealership’s ongoing success.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Sell new and used vehicles, accessories, finance products, warranties, and related services
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Keep customers informed of delivery schedules and advise on any potential delays
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently as a Car Sales Executive
  • Collect payments and ensure complete customer satisfaction upon vehicle handover
  • Explain warranty and service arrangements, introducing customers to the Service Department where appropriate
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and provide ongoing support to customers
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service at all times
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Prior experience in car sales within a franchise dealership preferred; individuals from other sales backgrounds with strong transferable skills will also be considered
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
  • Knowledge of automotive products and systems is advantageous
