We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of New/Used Car Sales Executive at their franchised dealership located in Swindon, Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and professional vehicle sales professional to join a reputable organisation representing one of the UK's most popular car brands, with a diverse product range including electric and hybrid vehicles.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Sell new and used vehicles, including electric campervans, plug-in hybrid SUVs, and petrol city cars
  • Promote and sell add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery schedules, addressing any delays proactively
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Collect payments and ensure the proper handover of vehicles
  • Explain warranty and after-sales service arrangements
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong, ongoing relationships
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Swindon, Wiltshire
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Recent or current experience in car sales, preferably within the new car sector, is essential
  • Strong desire to produce results and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
  • Passion for the motor trade and working with innovative vehicle technology
