We are seeking a highly motivated New Car Sales Executive to join our client's well-established dealership in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.   • Basic salary of £19,000 with a company car, or £23,000 without

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Sell new vehicles across a range of models, from compact cars to large SUVs
  • Promote and upsell accessories, add-ons, and finance products to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Keep customers informed on delivery progress and advise on potential delays
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Collect payments and explain vehicle warranties and service arrangements
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department where applicable
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve individual and group targets
  • Maintain a professional and engaging experience for all customers
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven vehicle sales experience, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership environment; individuals with non-franchise experience will also be considered
  • Strong desire to achieve sales results and deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently with high energy and commitment
  • Brand-focused with a proactive approach to sales opportunities
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for automotive sales
