This Car Sales Executive role offers a highly rewarding environment, characterised by high enquiry volumes and a professional, modern working setting.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary between £15,000 and £20,000, with potential earnings exceeding £50,000 OTE
  • Lucrative commission structure with top performers earning between £80,000 and £90,000 annually
  • Guaranteed earnings for the first two months to support a smooth onboarding process
  • Over 500 customer enquiries monthly driven by targeted advertising campaigns
  • Monday to Saturday working week with a day off in the week, no Sundays required

Duties:
  • Engage proactively with a high volume of customer enquiries and convert these into sales
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients
  • Promote and sell new and used vehicles, specialising in high-end part exchanges and advanced tech features
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to the final closing of deals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership presentation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchise motor trade environment
  • Strong understanding of car sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Passionate about cars with a focus on delivering excellent service
  • Driven, dynamic, and target-orientated individual
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple enquiries
