Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive dealership in Plymouth, Devon, for the position of Sales Executive. This is an excellent Sales Executive opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with proven motor trade sales experience to join a busy and well-established dealership.

Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum
• On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £65,000
• Company car provided as a Sales Executive
• 31 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays
• Immediate start available with flexible interview scheduling
• Guaranteed commission arrangements may be considered for new starters
• Working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with one fixed weekday off and alternate weekends off

Duties:

• Handle customer leads and enquiries to drive vehicle sales
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Manage finance packages and complete related paperwork efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet dealership objectives
• Contribute to ongoing sales targets and overall business growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in motor trade sales, ideally as a Sales Executive
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel if required
• Motivated, customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
• Demonstrable success in automotive sales
