We are currently recruiting for the position of Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client in Bishop's Stortford. This is a prime opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to advance their career within a reputable dealership. The Car Sales Executive role offers a competitive salary, excellent earnings potential, and a supportive sales environment.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £24,000 per annum plus an OTE of approximately £55,000
  • Monday to Saturday working week with a fixed weekday off
  • Alternating Sundays, typically 1 in 3, with working hours from 10am to 4pm

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Engaging with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
  • Driving showroom activity to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle products, features, and industry trends
  • Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Promoting dealership services and ancillary products to maximise revenue
  • Supporting the wider team to achieve departmental objectives
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional manner and rapport-building skills
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets
