Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Selling both new and used vehicles across a diverse product range, including electric SUVs, petrol city cars, and more
  • Advising customers on add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service by keeping clients informed on delivery timelines and resolving any queries promptly
  • Collecting payments and explaining warranties and after-sales service arrangements
  • Introducing customers to the Service Department and demonstrating vehicle features
  • Building and maintaining outstanding customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a franchised dealership; recent experience is essential
  • Ability to sell a range of vehicles and accessories confidently
  • Living within a reasonable distance of Salisbury
  • UK driving license with minimal points
  • Strong desire to achieve results and deliver high standards of customer service
  • Ability to build lasting customer relationships and work as part of a team
