- Guide customers through vehicle selection and the purchasing process
- Present vehicles professionally, explaining their features and benefits
- Discuss and arrange suitable finance solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work towards individual and dealership sales targets as the Car Sales Executive
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth vehicle handover
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience from enquiry to completion
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade is essential
- Established automotive sales background with substantial vehicle sales experience
- Confidence handling customer enquiries, sales leads and finance discussions
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, target-focused and commercially aware approach as the Car Sales Executive
- Ability to travel to Plymouth, Devon
- Availability to work from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends
- Full driving licence is desirable
