Car Sales Executive in Worthing, West Sussex

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive to join a well-established and successful automotive dealership in Worthing.

Our client is offering an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and supportive sales environment, with a competitive commission structure, company car, and realistic on-target earnings exceeding £45,000!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.

Promote finance products and additional services to maximise sales opportunities.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Full UK driving licence required.

The Package:

£16,315 basic salary + commission – OTE £45,000+

Company car provided.

**£30,000 pro-rata earnings guarantee for the first six months of employment**

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (one day off during the week), Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 3 on a rota basis).
