Are you a proven Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment? Do you love developing teams, exceeding targets and being at the heart of the action?

We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead one of the UK's fastest-growing used car retail businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of store performance, customer experience, profitability and team development.

You'll lead a team of Sales Controllers and Sales Executives, drive results, coach performance and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 14 sales executives and sales controllers
• Running daily team briefings and driving sales performance
• Coaching colleagues through one-to-ones, training and side-by-side support
• Managing finance deals, compliance and FCA standards
• Overseeing store operations and customer satisfaction
• Taking ownership of targets, profitability and customer experience scores
• Supporting customers through their buying journey and helping close deals when needed

What We're Looking For

✔ At least 2 years' experience as a Car Sales Manager

✔ Strong track record of delivering sales results

✔ Experience managing and developing successful sales teams

✔ Knowledge of finance products such as PCP and HP

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Full UK Driving Licence

✔ Must have car sales experience, particularly within used cars, independents or car supermarkets

Dealership opening hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9am - 7pm
• Friday: 9am - 8pm
• Saturday: 9am - 6pm
• Sunday: 10am - 5pm

(5-day working week, hours may vary slightly by store)
