Duties of a Car Sales Manager:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise dealership profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the progressor to ensure seamless customer handovers and follow-ups
  • Keep abreast of current market trends and stock levels to inform sales planning
  • Ensure compliance with dealership standards and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or as an ambitious Sales Controller ready for the next step
