Duties of a Sales Manager:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance dealership performance
  • Coach and mentor Sales Executives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and profit targets
  • Oversee the sales administration process to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Support the dealership’s growth initiatives through effective business development
Requirements of a Sales Manager:
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in a retail motor environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Numerate with keen attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
