Duties:
  • Lead and manage the dealership's car sales team to meet and exceed set targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the Basingstoke market
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
  • Motivate, coach, and support the sales team to optimise performance
  • Monitor daily sales activities and report progress to senior management
  • Manage weekend cover for the sales team on a flexible rota
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within a main dealer environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed
  • Knowledge of the Basingstoke automotive market is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
