Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, including one weekday off and one 7:00pm late shift per week; Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm; and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm on a rota. This New Car Sales Manager position offers an excellent opportunity to progress within a respected automotive business.

- In this New Car Sales Manager role, lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive new vehicle sales while maintaining exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales process from enquiry through to delivery, maximising conversion rates.
- Monitor stock levels, vehicle preparation and showroom merchandising standards.
- Deliver strong finance and insurance performance and maximise profitability.
- Recruit, coach and develop team members to support their progression.
- Build local community relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Produce accurate reports and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership on the showroom floor and lead by example.
- Recent or current franchise-approved dealership experience as a New Car Sales Manager is desirable but not essential.
- Experienced Business Managers or Sales Controllers seeking career progression will also be considered.
- A self-motivated, adaptable and ambitious approach, with the ability to create a high-performing team culture.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and leading from the front.
- A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
- You should live in Cheltenham or within a reasonable commuting distance.
