Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced and compassionate Care Assistants and Support Workers to provide dedicated one-to-one (1:1) care for an individual client in Dunstable.
We are looking for reliable, caring professionals with at least 1 year's UK care experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personalised 1:1 care and support
- Assisting with personal care, mobility and daily living activities
- Supporting with medication, meals and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's UK care experience (essential)
- Previous 1:1 care experience desirable
- Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Willingness to complete mandatory training
- Satisfactory employment references
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
- Available for an immediate start
