The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to residents throughout the day. Working as part of an experienced and friendly team, you will help residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring their individual care needs are met.
Short and long day shifts are available, offering flexibility to suit different working patterns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting residents with mobility and independence
- Building positive and respectful relationships with residents
- Supporting residents with their individual needs and preferences
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting dignity, privacy, choice, and independence at all times
- Working effectively as part of the wider care team
About You
- Previous experience within a care setting is preferred
- Compassionate, caring, and respectful nature
- Reliable and committed approach to your work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
