We are looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate Care Home Assistant to support residents with their daily needs and help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Assisting with meals, mobility, and medication as required.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Keeping accurate care records and following health and safety procedures.
• Working closely with colleagues, residents, and their families.

Requirements:
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. A caring attitude, patience, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care are essential.
