We work with residential and nursing homes, supported living services, learning disability services, mental health services and elderly care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.

• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.

• Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and elderly care requirements.

• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.

• Work professionally alongside existing care teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' UK care experience – essential.

• A caring, reliable and professional attitude.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

• Willingness to complete mandatory training.

• Satisfactory employment references.
