• Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Support medication administration under supervision, adhering to enhanced safety protocols.
• Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential care records in line with regulatory standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to residents' needs and concerns.

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.

You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals, attend team meetings, and contribute to care planning.
