Care Assistant - Enfield
Pay: £13.20 - £13.40 per hour
Hours: Part-time, 18-20 hours per week (opportunity to increase over time)
Visits: Minimum 1-hour visits
Shifts: Between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (mornings, evenings or weekends)

Your role as a Care Assistant: 
You'll support older people and adults to remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Your day-to-day may include:
  • Providing personal care and companionship
  • Supporting with meals, medication and light household tasks
  • Assisting with mobility and daily routines
  • Offering emotional support and encouragement
  • Helping clients enjoy meaningful, fulfilling days
Every visit lasts at least one hour, so you have the time to build genuine relationships with your clients and provide care without feeling rushed.

You don't need to be an expert – we're looking for someone who is caring, dependable and passionate about helping others.

  • Caring, dependable and patient
  • Available for mornings, weekends or evenings
  • A good communicator with a passion for helping others
  • Able to provide the right to work in the UK
  • Experienced or new to care – what matters is your attitude and commitment to supporting others
