Hourly rate:  £13.91 per hour or £14.54 with NVQ2 or equivalent.

Professional Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• A well-groomed and tidy appearance.
• No formal qualifications are required.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is an advantage.
• Basic IT skills, with the ability to complete the requirements of an electronic Plan of Care system.
• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting residents.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Confidentiality and GDPR

All staff are required to respect the confidentiality of all matters they may learn in the course of their employment. All staff are expected to respect and have a working knowledge of GDPR.

Health and Safety

All staff must ensure that they are aware of and fulfil their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
