About the role

We are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants to join our team. You will play an important role in supporting our residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality personal care and support.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
  • Supporting residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Monitoring residents' wellbeing and promptly reporting any concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate care records.
  • Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.

About you

  • A caring and compassionate nature.
  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent care.

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • A good standard of verbal and written English is essential.
  • We are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
