Whether you're supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dementia, or assisting elderly residents, you'll be making a meaningful difference with every shift.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant at Buckland Court, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life of the people you support. You'll provide personal care, assist with nutritional needs, administer medication, offer companionship, and promote independence, ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and well cared for. All care is delivered in accordance with each individual's personalised care plan.

What We're Looking For

• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are essential.
• You'll need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
