Care Assistant Support Worker

We are looking for caring, compassionate, and committed Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, working day and night shifts in our large nursing home.

The role will be based at Springhill Care Home in Accrington. The home is a 110 bedded home providing luxury en-suite accommodation, personalised care and support for adults with varied needs.

What you'll do:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Support residents with daily living activities and companionship

What you'll bring:

• A kind and caring nature
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
