• You know how to turn a disengaged team into one that feels motivated, valued and accountable
• You build culture deliberately, through visibility, consistency and leadership
• You've successfully led a service to a Good CQC rating
• You want the authority to lead properly, backed by Governance and Quality Assurance teams there to help you succeed

What you'll be responsible for:

• Setting clear standards and leading through a visible, hands-on presence
• Taking full ownership of quality, compliance and safeguarding
• Improving occupancy and managing the home's financial performance
• Recruiting, developing and retaining a strong team

What you'll need:

• Experience managing a residential service of a similar size and client group
• A proven track record of achieving Good outcomes with the CQC
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness, including budget and occupancy management
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it

£65,000–£70,000. The freedom and authority to shape the home, with dedicated Governance and Quality Assurance support behind you.
