The Role

As Care Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care while delivering strong operational and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop your team
• Maintain high standards of care and CQC compliance
• Drive occupancy and build relationships within the local community
• Manage budgets and achieve financial targets
• Support residents and their families with a person-centred approach
• Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, quality and continuous improvement

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Home Manager role
• A proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
