What You'll Be Doing

βœ… Supporting customers with personal care and daily living activities

βœ… Encouraging independence, choice and wellbeing

βœ… Helping people access community activities, appointments and hobbies

βœ… Building positive relationships with customers, families and professionals

βœ… Maintaining safe, comfortable and welcoming homes

βœ… Completing records and contributing to support planning

βœ… Working as part of a supportive team across a 24/7 rota

What We're Looking For

βœ” A kind, compassionate and resilient approach

βœ” Excellent communication and teamwork skills

βœ” A positive attitude and willingness to learn

βœ” Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleep-in/overnight shifts

βœ” A full UK manual driving licence (essential)

βœ” Care experience is welcome but not essential - we provide training
