What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting people with daily living activities and personal care where needed
• Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence
• Helping individuals access hobbies, social activities, appointments, and their local community
• Building positive relationships with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
• Working flexibly across a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Willingness to work a flexible shift pattern
