What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different. As a Care Support Worker, you'll help people live the life they choose by:

  • Supporting daily living activities and personal care where required
  • Encouraging independence and building confidence
  • Helping people pursue hobbies, interests and personal goals
  • Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities
  • Supporting friendships and social connections
  • Maintaining a safe, comfortable and welcoming home environment
  • Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
  • Completing records and documentation accurately

Important Information

  • This is a 24-hour service and requires flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and overnight shifts where required.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
