HRC is recruiting experienced Carers across Edinburgh - and we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy making a difference.

Every day is different, but you'll be helping the people we support to live as independently and confidently as possible.

Your role could include:

• Providing emotional and practical support and encouraging individuals to achieve their personal goals.
• Supporting people to get involved in meaningful activities.
• Building positive relationships and helping people to enjoy a good quality of life.
• Working as part of a team to provide support in line with individual care plans.
• Supporting with personal care, medication and daily living tasks, always maintaining dignity, respect and choice.
• Recognising and reporting any changes in an individual's physical or emotional wellbeing.
• Keeping clear and accurate records of the support you provide.

We're looking for people who are:

• Kind, caring and compassionate
• Positive, reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting others
• Confident communicating and building trusting relationships
• Happy being busy, active and hands-on
• Experienced - you'll need at least 6 months' UK care experience
• A valid UK driving licence holder
