We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Chester. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence.
Monday - Friday
09:00am - 17:00pm
Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate - £13.45ph paye
Job Purpose
- Opening and securing the building at designated times
- Carrying out routine inspections of the premises
- Completing minor maintenance and basic repairs
- Ensuring cleanliness and general upkeep of internal and external areas
- Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues or hazards
