Job Title: Carpenters

Location: NG23 7DG

Rate: £24.00–£25.00 per hour

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Hours: 12-hour shifts

We are currently recruiting experienced Carpenters for a workshop based in NG23 7DG, working with a leading events company.

This role involves the construction and assembly of a variety of bespoke event structures, including theatres, stages, cabins, and other temporary installations. You will be required to work from technical drawings and use your carpentry skills to build high-quality structures to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building theatres, stages, cabins, and bespoke event structures
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber components
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience constructing bespoke timber structures
• Own tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
