Job Title: Multi Trade - Carpenter
Job Type: Full Time, permanent position
Location: Wisbech
Rate of pay: £34,000 per annum and company van  

ARC is looking for reliable and skilled Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our client, a well-established contractor specialising in social housing maintenance and repairs.

The Role:
You'll be carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works within occupied and void properties, including:
1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Hanging doors, fitting locks, skirting boards and kitchen repairs
Basic plumbing
Patch plastering
Painting and decorating
General property maintenance and multi-trade repairs
Delivering high-quality workmanship with excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Carpenter within property maintenance, repairs or social housing
Strong carpentry skills with the ability to carry out additional multi-trade works
Experience working in occupied properties is desirable
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Professional, reliable and customer-focused
Own tools preferred
