Location:Southend-on-Sea
Rate:£24-£25ph
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 / 8 hours paid
Duration:6 weeks
CSCS: Required
Start date : 28.09.2026
We are currently looking for experienced Joiners to work on a construction project.
Duties include:
- General first and second fix joinery
- Installing doors, frames and skirting
- Installing architraves and ironmongery
- Fitting timber components
- Basic carpentry and joinery repairs
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Measuring, cutting and fitting materials accurately
- Completing snagging and remedial works
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous joinery experience
- Good knowledge of first and/or second fix joinery
- Own tools where required
- 2 checkable references
- Good understanding of site health & safety
