Carpenter (DBS)

EA Associates are currently recruiting experienced Carpenters on behalf of our client for a live commercial refurbishment project.

The project will primarily involve first-fix carpentry, with additional works including the careful removal of existing timber roofing as part of the refurbishment programme.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out first-fix and second fix carpentry works to a high standard
• Timber framing and structural carpentry
• Studwork, joisting and general first-fix installations
• Removal of existing timber roof structures
• Working from drawings and specifications
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Working efficiently as part of a wider site team

Parking: Free parking on site

Duration: Long term

Suitable applicants must have:

- Valid CSCS card

- 3 Point PPE

- Full compliment of tools

- 2 x Contactable work references 

- Enhanced DBS Certificate
