Carpenter - Fire Door Remedials
Location: North Finchley, london
Start Date: Monday 24th August
Rate: £27 Per hour
Parking: Available on site
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to assist with fire door remedial works on a residential project in North London.
The role will involve assisting with remedial works to timber communal fire doors, including fitting new hinges, installing drop seals and closing gaps.
Duties
- Assist with fire door remedial works
- Fit and replace door hinges
- Install drop seals
- Close and make good gaps around doors
- Assist with general carpentry works
- Support the site team with general labouring duties
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
Requirements
- Previous construction experience
- Carpentry experience preferred
- Fire door experience advantageous
- Skilled and practical Labourers will also be considered
- CSCS card
- Full PPE
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
This is a minimum 5-day assignment with potential for further work for the right operative.
