Carpenter

Location: North of Thames - Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Hackney, Enfield & Waltham Forest
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to carry out reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties.
Role includes:

• Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs as the primary trade
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
• Fitting and repairing doors, frames, locks, kitchens, and other timber-based fixtures
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service

Requirements:

• Experience in social housing or residential maintenance
• Strong carpentry and joinery background
• Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app
• A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
