carpenter / multi trade

My client is looking to recruit a Multi skilled carpenter who will be responsible for carrying out carpentry installations and repairs and maintenance to their housing stock across the Borough of Redditch.

Key Requirements

• Carry out carpentry works and repairs and maintenance to residential and void properties.
• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including repair/replacement of components.
• Repair and maintain wooden and UPVC doors and windows and lock changes etc
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
• work on various general maintenance tasks as required

Skills & experience

• Relevant carpentry qualifications and certification.
• Proven experience as a carpenter with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
• Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, principles and equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Competency or qualified in additional trades such as tiling, floor tiling, plumbing etc.
