Carpenter – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

£42,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Permanent | Full Time

South London/South West London/Dartford/Brighton - (One location per operative)

We're looking for an experienced Carpenter/Multi trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering South London and other areas. These will be patched off closest to you .

This is a permanent role carrying out day-to-day repairs in occupied properties. If you've worked in social housing or domestic maintenance and enjoy delivering a good standard of work, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

• Day-to-day carpentry repairs in occupied social housing properties
• Hanging doors, changing locks, repairing frames and skirting
• Kitchen repairs, flooring and general carpentry works
• Completing jobs to a high standard while providing great customer service
• Updating jobs using a PDA

What we're looking for

• Experience in social housing repairs or domestic maintenance
• Confident working in occupied properties
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
